Brief
Pure Labs were contacted at the early stages to engage with the project team and to come up with a bespoke solution, centred around producing a vast quantity of non-standard riser duct along with a bespoke fixing & installation method.
The Solution
Drawing on years of experience and with the help of a modern manufacturing facility Pure Labs were able to demonstrate an efficient manufacturing process based on each duct section being hand made by our team of specialist fabricators. This resulted is no delay to the project timeline and deliverance of our package in a timely manner.
To ensure complete confidence all pressure leakage testing was conducted at a higher rate than as specified in the British Standards for ductwork leakage testing DW/143.
